This is the 'real' first release, having fixed Image preloading issues when pages are viewed
in Internet Explorer. I'm trying to get all the 'static' drawing issues ironed out before
adding support for user interaction.

The initial release of Ortho consists of the primitive graphic classes, the associated default
CSS classes and the composite object class orthoRuler. These provide the functionality
for a wide range of static (non-interactive) graphic applications. This release does not include
any direct support for user interaction (mouse events, etc.) although these are under active
development. The reason for this is to make the non-interactive core features available
as soon as possible.
